Sparkle & Shine
I'm all about the sparkle & shine and usually wear sequin every chance I get. Most of us think sequin is a fabric reserved for evenings and/or special occasions. I feel like life itself is a special occasion worth celebrating and sequin will always be my go-to fabric of choice!
Today I wanted to sparkle & shine in my Elizabeth and James multi-colored sequin tank top because I've had a really amazing week. In my previous post, I talked about how I was blessed with an amazing MVMT watch that I received in exchange for a review. I was actually about to buy another watch then this one showed up on my doorstep. BLESSED! Don't you just love unexpected surprises? I know I do! I was also surprised by how affordable and stylish my new MVMT watch was. It's such a simplistic design yet goes well with everything in my closet. Score!
Speaking of closets...
If you follow me on social media or read my blog, you'd know that 85% of everything in my closet is enhanced with some kind of sequin detail or embellishment. I love sequin because you can dress it up or dress down with very little effort. You can wear a sequin cocktail dress with knee-high boots or booties, and pair it with a denim jacket for a cute casual day look, or dress it up with heels for an evening out. No matter how you choose to wear sequin, you'll definitely stand out in the crowd.
How do you incorporate sequin into your everyday wardrobe? Do you sparkle by day and/or shine by night? If you're anything like me, you do both!
