Robe Bordeaux | Spring Wedding Style
If you're looking for outfit inspiration for all of the Spring weddings you'll be attending, I've got you covered! I recently came across this burgundy Issa London backless maxi dress that is absolutely amazing and perfect for any wedding. I love this backless style because its sexy and classic without trying too hard. Issa London is a clothing brand known for making Kate Middleton's royal blue engagement dress that sold out all across the world. Ironically enough, the brand had to close its doors to stores in the U.S. after Kate wore that iconic dress because sales demands were too high for the brand to fulfill. The brand's creative director and designer, Daniella Helayel has since ventured off creating a new line called DHELA, that mimics the design aesthetic of Issa London with a Brazillian twist.
Issa dresses are classic, easy to maneuver in, fun, and most importantly stylish. While Issa is no longer available at department stores in the U.S., you can still grab your favorite silhouette in the U.K. based store House of Fraser.
Dress, check! What's next? Evening bag!
Having a stylish and functional evening bag is essential for any formal occasion. I carry around an iPhone Plus and often find it difficult to fit it in anything that isn't a huge tote bag. I was recently sent an antique gold Simitri Designs clutch and was pleasantly surprised that it not only fit my phone but also my card case, lipstick, keys, and Chanel compact. If you're the type of person that carries the whole world with you—even for an evening out—I highly suggest this amazing bag! You can even use code Mary for 10% off any style on their site.
As for shoes, I love my Jimmy Choo sequin, satin, and snakeskin heels because they're elegant, stylish and most importantly comfortable! You can't dance the night away in shoes that hurt your feet no matter how cute they may be!
