Snow Day

It’s a snow day here in Vienna and my backyard looks like Narnia, so you know what that means…

Shoot time!

I really love the snow if you couldn’t already tell by my outfit in this post. I grew up between Northern Cali and NYC (mostly Cali—in particular the Bay Area where snow obviously doesn’t exist).  Only when I’d come back home to NYC did I get the chance to really enjoy the snow. I’m literally a snow bunny y’all and will jump at any opportunity to do anything snow related. That includes doing a photoshoot with a sheer skirt, bralette and blazer while huge snowflakes smack me on the forehead. Crazy right?! I also love being a blogger so much that I’m willing to shoot in the middle of a winter storm in order to share this look. Elsa of Arendelle ain’t got nothing on this snow queen!

If you’ve been following my blog you’d know I did a similar post in the snow last Spring (It actually snowed on the first day of Spring last March). This time I switched up the look with a Rebecca Taylor blazer, bralette from one of my fave stores Altar’d State, Stuart Weitzman booties, homemade boy shorts and my Roberto Cavalli sheer skirt. Winter white was my inspo for this look since i’m a firm believer in wearing white ALL. YEAR. LONG! Especially after Labor Day. Since style is about self expression, I love breaking as many fashion rules as I can. Wear what you love and never look back!

Fashion is what you buy. Style is how you put it all together!

How do you style looks during your fave season?
